Ira Bergman works closely with both retail jewelers and vendors on critical issues relating to strategic planning and asset management. Bergman began his career at the Mercury Ring Corporation, a manufacturer of diamond and bridal jewelry founded by his father in 1944. In the 1980s, he joined M. Fabrikant & Sons as an executive vice president, leaving the day-to-day management of Mercury Ring Corporation in the capable hands of his wife Phyllis. As executive vice president and later president of Fabrikant's jewelry division, Bergman managed sales programs that consistently exceeded sales and profitability targets, and oversaw all business development functions. He is a member of the 24 Karat Club of the City of New York, a member of the board of the Jewelers Board of Trade, and a former board member of the Plumb Club and the Manufacturing Jewelers & Suppliers of America.
Larry Gross has devoted his 44-year career to the retail jewelry industry in all facets of the trade. A former owner and operator of his own retail store for a decade, he was also a regional manager of a large jewelry chain in a major market area for 14 years. Larry consulted for jewelers for 10 years before becoming an integral part of The Gordon Company as a leading in-store consultant and now head of operations. Long considered without peer in the hands-on execution of sale and promotional events for upscale retail jewelers, he now brings his expertise to all such events conducted by the firm. Larry's knowledge, demeanor, and steady hand lend incalculable value to every retail client of The Gordon Company.

As the former long-time president of the Gemological Institute of America, Boyajian is a noted leader and expert in the field. He is currently founder and president of Bill Boyajian & Associates, Inc., where he consults, coaches, and advises a wide variety of businesses and leaders both inside and outside the jewelry trade.
